This private town home includes 2 large bedrooms, spacious living room, and large den to have an indoor picnic, play games or cards. This property also has private parking. The owners really take care of the place and are very pleasant to deal with. We definetly hope to stay there again. The location is close to everything, no need to drive anywhere. Great views of the bay! Overall a beautiful, quiet property great for families. Very relaxing! I would highly recommend this property! Also, the price is very reasonable. Don't pass this one by! This home was absolutely perfect! There were 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 children (ages 13, 9, 8). The bedrooms are very spacious and the view from the master bedroom is very beautiful. If you are looking for a comfortable place where you can spend some quiet time, share some family time, enjoy beautiful sunsets on the bay while still within walking distance to the beach and other popular OC attractions (Jolly Rogers Amusement Park, Splash Mountain Water Park, Old Pro Golf, Phillips Seafood Buffet are all within a 5 block radius)...then this is indeed the place for you. We also found several things to do that were just a short drive away (i.e. Jet Ski rentals, Ripley's Believe it or Not, Jolly Rogers on the Boardwalk). We also took a 5 minute drive to the nearby Food Lion where we picked up groceries for our stay. Everything we needed to prepare our food was available in the home. The communication with the property owner was smooth and extremely helpful. I could go on and on about how perfect this property was. I can tell you this much: Any future trips we take to Ocean City will be planned around the availability for this property. I am sure that if we had to settle for another property, it would be a "let-down". Thank you again for letting us stay at your place. We were extremely pleased and can't wait to do it again. This is the place our family looks forward to visiting every summer. The house is quiet and private, yet just a couple of blocks from the beach, and it is on the bay with its own dock, which makes it fun to go fishing or boating. This is one of the very few places in OC where you can sit on your porch in peace and quiet and relax, yet be right in the middle of everything. Plenty of room and very clean and inviting, easy parking and easy to get around OC, everything is within easy walking distance. You will not find a better beach house in OC.
