Our home is located within the Dollar Point community and has a great view of Lake Tahoe. Tahoe City is only five minutes away, both Reno & South Lake Tahoe are approximately 50 minutes, while North Shore gambling is on ly 20 miutes away.

	The living room, which is dominated by a huge stone fireplace with raised hearth, has a comfortable grouping of fine leather sofas and tables. These are arranged to capture the warmth of the fire and the beauty of Lake Tahoe. A large deck across the front and west side of the chalet allow for sunning and outdoor dining in the summer.

The newly rentovated fully-equipped modern kitchen has new appliances, including a GE range and oven, GE microwave a trash master and numerous small appliances, as well as 16 placesettings of china and silverware, all of which combine to make vacation meals fun and hassle free.

	The three bedrooms and loft are equipped to sleep eight adults. The master bedroom with a connecting bath has a queen size bed and generous closet space. The loft has twin beds and easy access to the master bath. One of the first floor bedrooms has a queen size bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds. Another bathroom is located on the first floor adjacent to the utility room, which has both a washer and a dryer. The house has wall to wall carpeting throughout.
