Enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, or a lake side picnic. Additional property available within walking distance, close but far enough away for privacy. A prefect get away to the lake but only 20 minutes to all you need in San Antonio, TX the home of Sea World, Fiesta Texas, The Alamo, The Riverwalk and many other great vacation activities! Rates are $300/weekend and $700/week October thru April and $375/weekend and $875/week May thru September and holidays for six people, up to 2 additional guests are allowed for an additional charge of $10/per night each. Short term rental lease available 3 to 56 months (call for pricing) Up to two additional guests are allowed for an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy: 45 days prior to arrival. $100 processing fee. All others will forfeit 100% of payment if the house is not rebooked.
