Enjoy boating, fishing, swimming, or a lake side picnic. A perfect get away to the lake but only 20 minutes to all you need in city of San Antonio, TX. San Antonio is the home of Sea World, Fiesta Texas, The Alamo, The Riverwalk and many other great vacation activities! Additional property available within walking distance, close but far enough away for privacy.Rates are $375/weekend and $875/week October thru April and $450/weekend and $1050/week May thru September. Prices for up to six people. Up to 4 additional guests are allowed for an additional charge of $10/per night each. Special rates may apply for Holidays. Short term rental lease available 3 to 56 months (call for pricing)

  • After 6 People an additional charge of $10 per person is added to the rental price per day.
108% of the Total Rental Price  is Required To Reserve A Booking.
(The deposit is applied towards the security.)
The remaining balance of the rental must be recieved
45 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy: 45 days prior to arrival. $100 processing fee. All others will forfeit 100% of payment if the house is not rebooked.
