Two level home with three bedrooms with queen bed in each. Main level has bedroom and full bath. Upper level has two bedrooms, full bath and laundry room. One bedroom on each level opens out to a deck. Queen sleeper couch in living room. Large dining table extends to seat 12. Large deck allows deck dining and entertaining (~900 sq ft). Bike paths are close, but don't run through common ground behind the house so varied wildlife. Cul-de-sac in front of home is quiet and kids can play in the front. Hot tub, cable, movies, games, books and puzzles on site. Home is furnished for relaxation: clean, well maintained and well equipped.
