	Separate living room has 3 sofas, fireplace, cable TV(70+channels)/VCR/DVD/CD Player, dining table w/ 4 chairs, new hardwood floors & white beamed, vaulted ceiling. Breezy ceiling fans. Living room looks out over dramatic ocean views and leads to a deck with fabulous views.

Private, comfortable Queen bedroom has four sets of French windows, voluminous white curtains, and wonderful views of the Pacific that you feel you can reach out and touch from the bed! The second bedroom has a full bed as well as a twin bed and great ocean views.

	The new stylish granite kitchen has a new stainless dishwasher, new "cooks" gas range with self cleaning oven and warming drawer, stainless hood, coffee maker, new stainless microwave, toaster oven, full sized refrig/freezer, all utensils, dinnerware, wine and champagne glasses, blender, rice cooker, all pots and pans, etc. Kept in the "cottage" style, it features new white cabinets, new hardwood floors and white wood valuted ceiling.
