We keep it very clean and it is just steps away from the beach with no streets to cross. This unit comes with air condition, cable TV, 1 private parking space and a small fully equipped kitchen. (full sized fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pans, flatware.) It also comes with an outside furnished patio. Rents weekly.
