	The romantic cottage consists of one bedroom,

a living/dining room combination, (the couch is a futon which sleeps one comfortably),

	a bath with shower and pedestal sink, and a kitchenette with sink, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator.

A gourmet meal is a possibility with a little imagination and creativity. A local farmers market with organic fruits and vegetables is within walking distance.

	Watch the waves while sitting on the deck, herons and egrets and many other species of birds occupy the lagoon,

and the westside lighthouse sits in the distance beyond the beach and the waves.

	The bicycle and walking path which runs along the coastal route is a block away and is a very beautiful ride or walk to the village of Capitola or to watch the surfers along Pleasure Point.
