Enjoy the Festival of the Arts with the pageant of the Masters and the Sawdust Festival in the summer or take in a play at the Laguna Playhouse.
At Main Beach you can watch some of the best two man beach volleyball in the U.S. anad some of the best urban"Pick Up" basketball in Southern California. Make no mistake about it, This is "Life at the Beach" in Socal.
Built during Laguna’s beginnings as artists' colony, the historic Elan Cottage was completed in 1918. Lovingly maintained to honor her heritage and maintain her true self, the rustic craftsman cottage, built with redwood throughout, has hand blown windows, hardwood floors, crystal doorknobs, plentiful skylights, and original artwork. The cottage was recently refurbished to add many amenities including a large sleeping loft for more guests, dining room and a modern kitchen with new appliances.
