The house offer 4 bedrooms that sleeps 9 (4 double and 1 single), 2 baths, living room, dining room, small bar area, kitchen, washer and dryer, a screened porch on the front and side of the house with a picnic table and lounge chairs to enjoy the light breezes coming in off the water. A separate guest cottage (upon request) also sleeps 4 with 2 double beds with a 1/2 bath and a sitting area.
