The Studio opens to a Private patio furnished for dining with a gas barbeque. We also provide Bicycles, Beach chairs, Umbrella, Cooler, & Boogie boards. Off Street Parking is provided for two vehicles or an RV.

	Our Non-Smoking Getaway sleeps up to four with a luxury, King size bed, and a convertible Futon sofa. Perfect for Couples, or a small family. We provide a full size Washer & Dryer for your convenience.

A new futon sofa which converts to a Dbl. sleeper with “memory foam” bedding. Towels and linens are provided. We offer cable TV, DVD, CD Stereo, Phone with free local calling, and wireless DSL internet connection.

	Newly remodeled full kitchen with all the amenities, including microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a dishwasher.
