You are only steps (2-3 min.walk) to "the area's best beach" (S.D. Home And Garden Mag.), with a grassy park, restrooms, showers, and Lifeguard services. The 240sq.ft. Guest Studio is cozy, just for two. We are dog friendly for up to 2 dogs under 20lbs., or 1 dog under 40lbs.($10/nt. pet fee)* Ask for our "pet policy". We provide Bicycles, Beach Chairs & Towels, along with coolers, and umbrella , so you can enjoy the Beach the way we do.

The studio also features a private bath with tub and shower,& efficiency kitchen. * Close to all, while at the same time, quietly removed from the hubs of activity.
