A private residence in an upscale, North Pacific Beach neighborhood bordering La Jolla. The Studio offers Cottage Style craftsman design just a 1/2 block stroll to the area's best beach (S.D. Home And Garden Mag.). A private Entry, through your garden patio, with Adirondac furniture & Barbecue, leads you to the Guest Studio's French doors. The Studio has a luxury, queen-size bed, a private bath with tub/shower and an efficiency kitchen. *BICYCLES, beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler & boogie boards are provided. **Winter and Spring rates (mid-Sept to mid June): *$129/nt. 2-nt min. **Summer rates (mid-June to mid-Sept): *$149/nt. The Hohe (HOY) Guest Studio resides on the grounds of the Hohe's personal Beach House. The Guest Studio offers Beach Cottage Style craftsmanship and design with a private entrance and garden patio. You are only steps (2-3 min.walk) to "the area's best beach" (S.D. Home And Garden Mag.), with a grassy park, restrooms, showers, and Lifeguard services. The 225sq.ft. Guest Studio is cozy, just for two, & we are dog friendly up to 20lbs.($10/nt. pet fee)* Ask for our "pet policy". [* you can see a floorplan in the "Hohe House" site.] Through your private garden patio, french doors lead you to a relaxing, cottage style room, refreshingly furnished with an ultra-comfortable, queen-size bed, armoire entertainment center[with cable TV/HBO/DVD/VCR,& CD], and a small,writing/dining table with chairs. The studio also features a private bath with tub and shower,& efficiency kitchen. * Close to all, while at the same time, quietly removed from the hubs of activity. You can relax in your private garden patio (an outdoor room actually), refresh with an outdoor shower after a day at the beach, barbeque, or take a Boardwalk stroll or Bike ride (we supply the bikes)at sunset <BR>
