The Hohe House is located in an upscale, residential North Pacific Beach San Diego neighborhood, bordering La Jolla, and just a 2 minute walk to a great family beach , with a grassy park, restrooms, showers, lifeguard, & Boardwalk for bicycling ( we supply the bikes ). Restaurant and Shopping are within a 3 block walk. This Pacific Beach rental is within 10 minutes of San Diego's top activities: Golf, Sport Fish, Water Ski, Swim, Surf, Scuba, Kayak, Tennis, and SeaWorld Amusement Park. We provide: * bicycles, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, umbrellas & boogie boards, Barbecue, Digital Cable & WIRELESS INTERNET access. We are also Pet Friendly for dogs to 80lbs. The Hohe(HOY)House; a private 2Bed/2Bath ocean view residence (3Bed/3Bath with the addition of our private Guest Studio *see Rates). Located in a unique North Pacific Beach neighorhood, next to the water, at the Southern border of La Jolla, close to all;[Beach, Boardwalk , Restaurants and Shopping], yet quietly removed from the hubs of activity for a nice night's sleep.* We are Dog Friendly up to 80lbs (20lbs. for our Guest Studio) ($10/nt. pet fee). * Ask for our "Pet Policy". An Ocean View, 1200 sq.ft. 2nd story accommodation with two sun decks, parking for two cars, and just steps (2-3 min. walk)to "the area's best beach" (S.D.Home&Garden Mag.)featuring a grassy park, with showers, restrooms, and lifeguard services. Our Pacific Beach/Mission Beach Boardwalk begin at the park. * We supply the Bikes, Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, and even Boogie Boards. Spacious, Ocean View, Family room w/Queen Sofa Sleeper,and Love seat, Entertainment center (TVw/Digital Cable,6 HBOS,DVD,VCR)& CD. Two generous decks, a propane barbecue grill with teak furniture for dining and relaxing. Kitchen Area with Ocean View, Dining area, and direct access to Patio deck and BBQ. Fully equipped, Ocean View, Kitchen w/Breakfast Bar and Dining Table for six. <BR>
