	Both Cottages have gated redwood decks, with fenced, brick and masonry patios. The Beach Cottages are just a few doors West of our personal residence, our 2bed/2bath, Hohe House, and Guest Studio, in this great beach neighborhood. The Cottages are even closer to the beach, have no direct ocean view, but you are still so close you will hear the breaking waves as you sleep (a 2 to 3 min. walk to the sand). We personally manage, and see to all the details for these cottages.

Large redwood decks wrap around each cottage, with shade pergolas, or umbrellas. Each sleeps 4 with a Queen bed in each bedroom, and a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the Living Room.

	The main decks have an area for dining, umbrellas, or a shade pergola, and patio furniture for lounging. The lower, masonry patios have propane BBQs, outdoor showers, and storage lockers with beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas.
