The house sits on a small hill overlooking a protected cove perfect for relaxing on the large covered deck and letting the world drift by you. The protected cove is ideal for swimming or dropping a fishing line in the water to catch the evening's meal.

	There a pier with large deck area that has tie offs for those who want to bring their boat. The lake is great for all types of boating. Jet skis and ski boats are allowed. Fishing on Lake Livingston is among the best in Texas. Several boat ramps are conveniently located in the vicinity. You do need to bring your own fishing equipment.

A color TV with cable, VCR, and Nintendo are provided. (In addition, there are cable connections in two of the bedrooms if you wish to bring a portable TV.) Windows and sliding glass doors span the entire back of the house facing the lake. The master bedroom includes a private bath and sliding glass windows leading to the covered deck. The loft has a bumper pool table/card table, a foosball table, pinball machine and a futon.
