Being right on the famous Promenade allows you to watch the surfers and the passers-by as well.The home has recently been remodeled to make it even more enjoyable. We just completed the bathrooms (March 2008) and they have heated floors as well. With four bedrooms, two baths and two bonus rooms, a large group can enjoy the 54\" TV or one of the other features such as the deck.
