LOCH LOMOND RETREAT, Sleeps up to 9 people in 3-bedrooms including a leather Sofa sleeper in the living room and has 2-baths. This is a new home in our network of friends and it is just wonderful. It is located in the beautiful setting near Quail Hollow Park and the famous Sunset Trail and Loch Lomond Lake amongst gorgeous oaks and meadow that welcome you as you stroll into your home. This home is just 10 miles to Santa Cruz, where you can enjoy the Famous Beach Boardwalk. This home is equippedwith 2-wall mounted cable HD Flat Screen TVs, high speed internet with wireless and Free Nation Wide Calling and a Landline. There is a Full "Cook's" Kitchen (ie: Crock Pot, griddle and blender) that looks out to the beautiful oak forest. This kitchen contains modern appliances such as a Gas Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator and Dishwasher . Enjoy an early meal in the morning and have your toes warmed by the heated stone floor. The Master Bedroom Suite has the Quiet you only find on a private road. You will wake up in the morning to feel the softness of Egyptian cotton in this elegant yet comfortable master bedroom suit with a four poster bed against a knotty pine wall, gas fire stove, private deck for morning coffee, Cable TV with CD player, and reading lamps. The adjoining bathroom features an oversized shower and on-demand hot water. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable Queen Bed with cozy comforters & is across the hall from a full bathroom with a soaking tub. The third bedroom is small and may be used as a den with an oversized chair that pulls out to a single futon bed. If you bring an extra friend or two, the new leather sofa turns into a double bed in the living room and there is an aerobed in the closet for placement in front of the fireplace. The new washer/dryer, is in the detached garage with workshop space, or room for kids to play which adjoins a large dog run. Plenty of parking is behind the barn . Consider leaving behind everything except binoculars, bikes, fishing poles and clothes. POND AT QUAIL HOLLOW: Sleeps up to 4. One of the most elegant and relaxing of homes in this area. You will have your own private cottage at the edge of a sparkling cascading creek with small waterfalls that flow into a beautiful pond. The pond has a paddle boat that you can take to the middle where a small dock helps you embarked on a private small island. The pond is stocked with trout for a bit of fishing fun and dinner! This 2-bedroom cottage has a small Great Room with a gas fireplace, a comfortable love-seat that looks out onto this peaceful bit of paradise, a dining alcove with seating for up to 4 and a well-equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and fun dishware. The 1st bedroom has 1-Queen and the same lovely view as the Great Room. The 2nd Bedroom has 2-twin adult-sized beds. The full bath has a shower/tub. There is access to full laundry with a washer and dryer in the main home. Across the street from the Quail Hollow Park with it's many hiking trails and fun craft programs. conveniently located 6-minutes from Hwy 17, 12-minutes to the ocean and beach and 2-minutes to Roaring Camp Steam Railroad, the town of Felton with many restaurants and world-class entertainment. There is also 4-golf courses nearby including: Pasatiempo, DeLaVeaga, Boulder Creek, and Valley Gardens. This setting is perfect for weddings, anniversaries or that quiet retreat that you have always wanted. Off-street parking for 2-cars. Because there is no fence around the pond, this cottage would not be appropriate for children over the age of 1-1/2 or under the age of 10.
