THE CAPITOLA BEACH HOUSE: Sleeps up to 12 guests in a spacious home with floor-to-ceiling windows with automatic window shade remotes, looking out on to the nearby trees with peeks of the Monterey Bay in several places. This is a Reverse floor plan with Spacious deck w/two sets of tables, chairs, & umbrellas and a hammock. 2-charcoal Weber BBQs and just 7-Doors to one of best surfing areas in Santa Cruz, called the "Hook", and guests also have key acess to "Privates" Beach, just a block the otherway. After entering the tile entrance, you will find all the Queen bedrooms located on the lower floor, including 2-full baths. The Master suite with private bath is the first one on the Left. The laundry with hidden iron & ironing board closet and the 4th Bedroom are down 3-stairs at the end of the hall. Up the stairs you will find the spacious Living Room on the Right with it`s wood fireplace, large TV and a couple of guitars for your enjoyment. There are doors to each of the front deck and smaller back deck with stairs to the fun backyard. To the Left is the Dining Room and the kitchen separated by a tile peninsula with two chairs so guests can talk with the cooks in the kitchen, but not be in their way. The fully equipped kitchen has a lovely bay window and another large window that looks on the the backyard. There is a half bath between the kitchen and the living room. The Backyard has an access door through one of the lower floor bathrooms, which is nearby the large hot tub. The yard has several meandering paths, one of which leads to a gazebo with a nice picnic table. There is also a firepit and several chairs to enjoy it from. The Outdoor Shower is located at the Right side near the end of the stairway access to the upper floor Living room.
