GARDEN HARBOR COTTAGES: Sleeps up to 10 and it consists of 1,560 Sq. ft. including 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms in two structures. There is a 1260 Sq. Ft., two-story, main house (2/2) and a 300 Sq. Ft. back cottage (1/1). There are private sleeping accommodations for 3 couples plus family arrangements for an additional 4 guests with the use of a single and a queen pullout sleepers in the living room and a single pull out in the Master Bedroom. All linens are provided and the beds are made fresh foryou. More linen in the closet if needed. It is equipped to satisfy every need and most wants: cozy fireplace, surround sound entertainment center, wireless DSL, outdoor shower, BBQ, deck furniture, soothing foliage and large hot tub. The Garden Harbor Cottages provide a comfortable and self-sufficient environment, fully enjoyable within itself, and strategically well located in a world-class vacation spot. In the suite, there is one bedroom with a twin trundle bed on the ground floor near the downstairs full bath with tile shower/tub and a single-size pull-out chair. Another large bedroom is upstairs with a vaulted ceiling and a Queen bed. It has its own full bath next door. The cottage has a Queen bed and a small efficiency kitchen as well as a full bath with a shower. There is about a 15 foot walk between the two cottages with a hot tub and a lovely garden between them. It is a 2 minute walk west to the Santa Cruz Harbor or a 4 minute walk south to Twin Lakes State Beach or a 17 minute walk west to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. THE VIEW YOU WANT: Sleep up to 12, 4 bedrooms,1 Den plus 2 full baths, a spacious 2,400 sq ft historic farm home with large Great Room windows overlooking the Twin Lakes, the Harbor Beach, the Waves, the Sailboats gracefully drifting in and out of the Harbor, the Harbor Lighthouse and more including the setting sun. Just 1/2 block to the beach.. There is 1-Queen in the Master bedroom & 1 Den on the first floor with the Kitchen and Great Room that has the Living room and Dining Room at each endwith beautiful hardwood floors. The Master bedroom with 1-Queen has a wonderful view and a small TV. It also has a door on the downstairs bath. This bathroom has a shower/tub with handicapped rails and a door onto the hall. There are several nearby great restaurants within 2-blocks. Enjoy the beautifully terraced backyard flower garden with patio and small fire-pit. There are several tables & chairs. 1st bedroom is 1-Double, 2nd Bedroom has 2-Twins, 3rd Bedroom has 1-Queen, there is also a twin blow up mattress. Great Room has a large comfy sofa. Two dining tables, one that overlooks the harbor where you can watch the sailboats drift by, and the other overlooks the terraced garden and patio. These two tables can be pushed together for a great reunion dinner. There is also an Umbrella table & four padded chairs on the front deck, closest to the Harbor.
