Great family home. Will permit up to 6 adults and 4 children. The design of this home, by Paul Hamilton, can best be described as 'original Sea Ranch'. It was built in 1972. About 3000 square feet. Wood construction with a sod roof, exposed aggregate floors surrounding a protected courtyard. The fireplace is huge with an inside barbecue at the back. Magnificent! Quality all the way. As close as you can get to the ocean bluff without actually being on the bluff. "Ascona" is named after the small town in southern Switzerland. You'll enjoy the ocean views from every room. Plus, you'll be only a three minute walk to the bluff trail and Pebble Beach. Ascona is a beautiful, well-appointed, and very comfortable home. Downstairs are two bedrooms and two bathrooms set up as two separate bedroom suites. The bedrooms have window seats and Cal-king bedswith pillow-top mattresses.
