Spacious and big, multiple people can be helping to prepare a meal at the same time without getting in each other's way.
Living Room - Decked out with a huge leather sofa, three sitting chairs, a large coffee table, a big screen TV, home theater surround sound, and a nice warm gas log fireplace. Lots of space for your entire group to gather and watch the game. If you are tired of TV, let the skiers and snowboarders entertain you! The large windows provide an excellent view of Dercum's Dash merging into River Run Trail.
Dining area - The dining area is open to the living room, so you can continue to enjoy the spectacular view as you dine. This solid wood table and cloth chairs are regal enough for a board meeting, but comfortable enough for the family to enjoy Christmas Dinner together. It seats eight and provides plenty of space for that turkey dinner.
Bar area - What is more convenient than a butler's pantry? If you enjoy entertaining, Lone Eagle 3036 is equipped with this luxury and can allow you to host an evening with ease. With a little creativity, your group can concoct cosmos and martinis that would outdo the best cocktail party. Or, think simple and serve a selection of wine that you have chilled in the wine cooler.
