The upper floor king suites provide a beautiful ocean view from a private balcony. King suites are not located at or near the pool end of property. The queen suite on the first floor is the most economical ocean front choice. Approximately 450 square feet, the queen suite is the smallest unit on the ocean front. The view from the first floor is limited to the horizon view of the ocean with natural sand dunes rising up. In some units you may see mostly sand dunes. Some guests prefer the 1st floor because you can usually see a little bit of the water, but you don't have to see the people at the beach. Some queen suites lead out from the patioto the pool deck. There is a private bedroom with a queen bed and cable TV. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa, cable TV and equipped kitchenette. All units have a DVD player. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, stove top, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pot/pans/dishes/utensils. Daily coffee provided for 4 cup coffeemaker. Some kitchenettes may have an oven but it is not guaranteed. There is a sliding glass door in the living room that leads out onto a balcony. Chairs for the balcony or patio are provided. Studio Suite is the only room at Beacher's Lodge that is not ocean front however it is the most economical choice. The studio suites provide hotel like accomodations with two double sized beds and a small kitchenette.
