The sliding doors of the living room open to a furnished, screened lanai, with a fabulous lake and fairway view and access. Its eastern exposure offers wonderful sunrise views over the palm trees. What a wonderful place for enjoying a leisurely breakfast! The living room and dining area offer comfortable seating for up to 6 and a wet bar in the living room makes entertaining easy. The large, open, and fully equipped kitchen offers a view of the lake, and has an eat-in area. Another screened lanai is available from this area through sliding doors for a cool view of the gardens. A cable TV and stereo system is provided here. The master bedroom has a large window with a panoramic view of the lake and also has a direct, side access through a sliding door to the lanai. Equipped with a king size bed, it also has a private bath with large shower area and walk-in closet and of course cable TV. The guest bedroom, on the west end of the condo is a private suite area with twin beds a private bath, and cable TV. A full laundry room is near this area as well.
