Casa Paola is a very beautiful two level apartment near the Arno river in a great area of Florence, below Piazzale Michelangelo, between Rampe and Piazza Ferrucci. It was recently restored and has 3 bedrooms, 2 and half bathrooms, and private garden. The entrance of the house opens onto an elegant and bright living room, featuring a rich wood floor and fireplace, comfortable seating, satellite TV, and a tempered glass coffee table. The living room has direct access to the garden through French doors. On the ground floor there is also a guest bathroom and a very well-equipped and spacious eat-in kitchen (electrical oven, four range stove, refrigerator, fridge and a Carrara marble sink). The dining table is in the corner of this room and it can accommodate up to six guests. There is a direct access to the 1000 sq ft garden, which features a gazebo for dining al fresco and a cast iron table, chairs and wicker furniture under a magnolia tree.
