With The house is three bedrooms or four including the study, and 2.5 baths. The open living and kitchen area are on the top level with a large porch overlooking the water. The upstairs also includes the large master suite with elegant bathroom and a queen bed. Off the living area upstairs is a study with a daybed, recliner, & DVD player.
