The living room contains a futon couch, a couch, a coffee table, shelves dining table and chairs for 8 and a TV with built in DVD player. It has a desk with hi-speed internet/wireless internet.

It is fully equipped with a gas stove, a refrigerator, microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster(all dishes, silverware, and pots included.
