Prices range from $1,200-$1,500 per week.
Summer and Holiday Rates are $1,500 per week
September through February is $1200 per week

Ask - discounted monthly rates are available! Please, no smoking. Anyone who dumps coal from the grill into the dunes will LOSE their deposit! Refundable $300 security deposit required. Optional $125 cleaning fee. This is to clean after you leave. You may clean yourself but it is very hard to clean and leave the house by the 10am check out time. State and Local tax of 10% applicable to all rentals.
