Tahoe City is only 5 minutes away, with both Reno and South Lake Tahoe 50 minutes away. We are located 15 minutes from Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood ski areas. The house is surrounded by a forest setting, with a privately enclosed outdoor hot tub underneath the stars. Living room has gas log fireplace with cozy sectional couch and chairs. Living room exits to secluded deck with hot tub and propane BBQ. The deck offers a forest setting with a filtered lake view. House is equipped with stereo, CD/tape player, Sony Playstation, TV/VCR with cable with newly released videos, books and games for your enjoyment. Dining room features an oak table with seating for eight. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities one could wish for! There are 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms. There is one queen downstairs. One queen upstairs with a TV/VCR with cable. One California king in the master with a TV/VCR and cable. There is also one room with 2 twin beds (not pictured).
