Our condos offer a living area with a sofa/sleeper, separate bedroom with queen bed, one bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. Each unit will comfortably accommodate 4, plus an additional small child if needed.

	Ground floor condo is poolside, with a beach and sunset view, just steps away from the sand. This is perfect for watching your children in the pool from the comfort of the patio right outside your unit, or if you just don't like to wait for the elevator and want to get right out on the beach. Don't worry, pool activity must end at 10:00pm and the area remains quiet and secure for ground floor guests.

The 5th floor unit has a private balcony with a beach and sunset view which is very romantic. Both condos have a new 25" TV, CD player stereo, cordless phone, microwave, and colorful new comforter sets in the bedrooms among other fresh touches. Extra 13" TV's in the bedrooms for your convenience.

Our units are NON-SMOKING, no pets are allowed, and no singles under 25 may rent a unit at the Sunbird.
