| Keys will be sent to your home address 2 weeks prior to your scheduled
occupancy. We ask that you mail the balance of payment at that time. The caretaker will be advised of your arrival and prepare the house in advance. |
| If you rent a vehicle in advance, they will meet you at the airport during arrival. |
| Availability; The properties are occupied approximately 50% of the time, with most reservations made 3 to 6 months in advance. |
