**Cancellations made more than 30 days from arrival date will receive a full refund. Between 2 weeks and 30 days, the deposit is forfeited. Less than 2 weeks, no refund will be given.

*Cancellations prior to arrival due to a named storm headed for the Gulf Coast of FLORIDA (only!) will receive a full refund. Leaving early due to same will receive a pro-rated refund.
