***Owners will NOT book to anyone under the age of 25 without adult chaperones staying at/in the property the entire duration of the reservation. If it is found the chaperones have left, leaving unattended underage guests, any and all fees paid will be forfeited and the underage guests will be asked to leave immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS!***

***There is NO SMOKING in any of the properties and NO PETS ALLOWED in any of the properties except Crib Crystal. Crib Crystal will allow up to two (2) dogs with a $300 NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee, which is above and beyond all other fees. Cats are not allowed under any circumstances.***

***ALL rules of the home AND neighborhood association MUST be followed at ALL times. Any fines assessed will be deducted from the security/damage deposit. Rules may be found in each of the properties.***

***All deposits and fees must be paid at least ten (10) days prior to the arrival date. "Last Minute" reservations will require OVERNIGHTING payment. The deposit is due as soon as possible to confirm & hold the reservation, and is returned within five (5) business days following check-out as long as there has not been any damage to the property or any items missing. Payment may be made by personal check, cashier's check or money order only. Credit cards are not accepted.***

***Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund; between two (2) weeks and thirty (30) days, the deposit amount will be forfeited; less than two (2) weeks, no refund is given (security/damage deposit will be returned).***

***Cancellations due to a named storm headed for the Gulf Coast of FLORIDA will receive a full refund. Leaving early due to same will receive a pro-rated refund, with the security/damage deposit being returned within five (5) business days following check-out as long as no damage has been done to the property by the guests.***
