Surrounded by Aspens and Pines, this 5 bedroom, loft, 3 bath home has the room, location, and all the luxuries you'd expect from a Holiday House. You'll enjoy the Hot tub, pool table, whirlpool tub, and sunny wrap around deck all times of the year. Situated in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by forestland ,outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, cross country skiing and snowmobiling are literally out the back door.
Skiing is just 5 miles to Northstar Ski Resort, and within 20 minutes to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Mount Rose and Diamond Peak. In the summertime, one of the best beaches at Lake Tahoe is only 10 minutes away, along with stores and Lake front restaurants that you can buoy up to for a quick bite. Music, nightlife and gambling can be found at the casinos a short drive away.
The house was designed to accommodate family gatherings or large groups. An open floor plan makes the “great room” uncompromising. As you walk in the front door, you’ll be greeted by 22-foot cathedral windows overlooking the sunny wrap around deck. The living area has overstuffed furniture with large fireplace and brick hearth. There is lots of room here <BR>
