This is the Romantic Rendezvous which is at the lower level of this custom designed home.It has an elegant bedroom with Japanese accents in the master bedroom. There is a comfortable queen-sized futon in the Living room and a redwood shower bathroom. There is a small utility area with a refrigerator, sink, convection microwave and a washer & dryer...PS One professional, quiet person occupies the Treetop Getaway on a long term basis. The covered patio is always comfortable and cool even on the hottest of summer days.There is also a comfortable pull-out futon couch for those relaxing afternoon naps. Garden views and a long sweeping cobblestone entrance. Art studio and hot tub are hidden in this secret garden.Complete with comfortable furniture, B.B.Q.sink,firepit,wood and just about every outside convenience you could desire. The hot tub is surrounded by a sweet smelling flowering hedge of jasmine and a delicious orange tree, with tree-ripened fruit ready for picking if you get thirsty. So private you can go in your birthday suit.
