The beach house is located at 16562 South Pacific Ave. in Sunset Beach, which is a small mile-long town that is located between Seal Beach and Huntington Beach. There are 1288 year round residents. Even during summer, the beach is not crowded because public parking is very limited. This is not a problem because the beach house has an attached 2-car garage. In addition to gorgeous sunsets, a view of Catalina Island is also included!
Gary and Christine Liggett of Huntington Beach own and operate the beach house as a vacation rental that is available 52 weeks a year. Although summer is the most popular season, other times of the year offer their own special appeal. Many folks enjoy the beach during the
off season when the tranquility, colorful sunsets and the strolls by the water are most satisfying. A major reason for the satisfaction and success of the business is the personal involvement. "We want to be there during the check-in process to meet our guests and help them feel welcome, comfortable and at home", maintains Chris.
