	So“how is the surf” That is what you are coming for isn’t it? The Chautauqua happens to have the BEST BEACH in the area. They vary widely so I’ll try to point out the differences. 1st- The SAND IS LIKE POWDER not coarse ground up shells like some. 2nd -The OCEAN IS AT YOUR DOORSTEP – No ong, raised boardwalk w/a 5 minute walk across the dunes to navigate w/coolers/ chairs/floats/blankets - you get the idea. 3rd- There are NO CARSs on the beach. Be careful there are lots of Drive Beaches. Imagine trying to play paddle ball w/cars continually passing by & being on constant baby alert. 4th -The Beach is WIDE, level & private - no high rise condos and no steep narrow beach w/rocks in the surf & 5th - BEST WAVES. The kids will love it. We provide Boogie Boards & for the more daring you can rent surf boards at the end of the street. The locals consider it the BEST SURF beach & have a 24 hr website with LIVE WAVES shot from MY DECK. Call for webaddress.

The First floor is all in STONE. This is the outdoor shower and antique sink. This is where you can store your beach chairs and toys and hang the beach towels. There is a charcoal grill area just outside on the cobblestone.

	The First floor has STONE floors on the Floors and Patio. PLAZMA TV on the wall. There is a full Couch and an Ottamon that folds out into a SINGLE. It is amazing it all fits in there. There's a large dining table plus a high pub table in the corner and a game table that double duties as a kitchen island. It is full of games. Be sure and look inside.

There is a full GOURMET kitchen with Stinless SMOOTH top stove and Stainless Frig and Dishwasher - GRANITE counter tops with GLASS BLOCK under cabinet window that lets in amazing light - There is a full set of dishes and pots and pans - Coffee Maker - Telephone

	The entire front of the Chautauqua has a covered STONE porch - walls and floors. It is a great place to relax and hang out and really functions as an extension of the Greatroom. There's plenty of seating and a table and chair for out door dining or games.

The MASTER bedroom has sliding doors out to the patio - Great sunset views - Top Quality White Linens and Conforter - Reading Sconces - Glass Block window for extra light and a large closet with wood slat shelving. All Bedrooms have TV and DVD players.

	The Bath is a classic. White Subway tile in the shower and wainscot with blue glass inlay and shelf - JETTED SOAKING tub with SHOWER - Pedistal Sink and Old Fashion Medicine Cabinet
