Our condominium is in a 4-unit building overlooking the golf course. We have a lot of privacy because most of the ranch property remains undeveloped and natural with pastures and trails along the ponds and river. This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 1600 square foot condo easily sleeps 6 people. The master bedroom has a great view of Mt. Sopris. The livingroom features a large wood-burning fireplace. The livingroom opens onto a patio with a gas barbeque grill near the 9th green on the golf course. The kitchen is all electric with dishwasher, refrigerator, range, microwave, disposal, washer/dryer unit and coffee maker.
When our family gets an opportunity to vacation in our condo we always feel like we are away at camp. In the winter we are at Snowmass in 25 minutes. In the summer, we bike and hike and everybody enjoys golf.
