Sleeps 15, with 3100 square feet of living space and 9 ft ceilings. Main floor features Bamboo flooring with ceramic tile in bathrooms. Custom kitchen with Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker. Half bath on main floor for guests. Five bedrooms with master bedroom on main floor with private full bath. 4 bedrooms on 2nd floor with Jack & Jill baths on each side, half bath attached to each bedroom with bath facilities in between. Cable TV, Washer/Dryer, DVD, VCR, High Speed Internet available, Stereo, CD Player, Fooseball Table, & lots more!

Second Floor: bedroom 2 - Gulf side; Queen, bedroom 3 - Gulf side; Full bedroom 4 - Bayside; 1 Full & 2 Twin (twin daybed with twin trundle)

Rates
11% lodging tax, $150 cleaning fee and $30 reservation fee are added to all reservations. Advance payment equal to 1/2 of the rent is due 60 days prior to arrival for Summer reservations. Linens not provided. Special Discount Available Aug 4-Sept 7 only $2400/week!
