Five O'clock

Five o'clock is a colorful, 6 bedroom, 6 bath beach house (sleeps 20 in bedrooms), with a PRIVATE POOL, approximately 2850 sq. ft. The white sandy beach is only 70 yards down a private dead-end road - or you can walk through the sand directly to the Gulf from the back of the house. It is located in a sparsely populated area, away from condos and crowded beaches.

All rooms have a gulf view, and there are spacious decks on 3 sides. The south side, facing the gulf, has a screened-in porch. The house is very kid friendly, with beach and pool toys, beach wagons, books, games, puzzles, pac n' play, high chair and booster chair. There is a TV in the living room and one in each bedroom, along with multiple DVD players. Family cable and wireless internet access. There are doors at the top and bottom of the stairs to keep the little ones safer.

The pool is directly behind the house and is shaded from the sun in the late afternoon. It is a full-sized pool, 15 by 34 feet, shallow at each end, 6 feet deep in the middle, fenced, and has a magnetic gate latch for safety. A pool volley ball net, pool toys, 2 charcoal grills, pool and deck furniture are provided.

The kitchen is very well stocked with many small appliances, has granite countertops and stainless appliances. Custom built tables can seat 20. There is a second refrigerator in the laundry area. Five O'Clock has local owners that personally make sure the house is in "tip top" shape before each guest!
