This property is very clean with nice carpeting, modern appliances and furniture.  Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it offers a sunny back deck with a filtered lake view and hot tub, as well as easy access to the extensive walking/biking trail network on the north shore.

There is a garage with room for 2 cars, and the driveway can accommodate up to 4 more cars.

Kitchen includes an electric stove and all major standard appliances, a dual sink, nice view (lake view) and lots of sunlight.  There is a good amount of cookware/ utensils, and a breakfast bar with 3 stools.

The dining area has a table for 6 as well as an entertainment center with a stereo, card games, and books.

The living area includes a 3 seat couch and matching chair, with a nice coffee table.  The couch folds out for sleeping.  There is also a smaller futon style couch on the other side of the living area that folds out for sleeping.  There is a TV with VCR/DVD, a wood stove, and large windows offering plenty of light.

Downstairs bedroom:  2 sets of bunk beds, nice sized closet

Full bath in the downstairs hall.

Upstairs bedroom: Queen bed with a nice bedroom set/ bedside tables/ dresser/ and closet.

Upstairs bedroom 2 (master): Queen bed, lakeview, walk-in closet with sink, joins to bathroom.

Full bath in the upstairs hall accessed through hallway or through master bedroom.

Laundry room with washer/dryer downstairs.
