One of two private swimming pools with hot tubs. Gated 5 acre resident park with tot lot, sand volleyball,tennis courts and benches to relax! Clubhouse has a picnic area with tables and shade umbrellas. Pool table in clubhouse, pools open til 10pm daily.

Fully stocked kitchen! New corian counters, updated appliances. Gas BarBQ on back (3rd) patio.Two car garage is off the kitchen - has beach chairs,sun umbrellas, surf board and many sizes of boogy boards to wagon to the ocean.

Master bedroom, guest bedroom and baths are on the lower level. Hard wood flooring with area rugs throughout. All bedding and towels available. Extra blankets to sleep with the patio doors open.

Guest bedroom has a large closet with a clothing dresser for your comfort. Slider doors open from both bedromms onto large lower level patio, with table for 4 and loungers- perfect for reading/relaxing and children's play area.

Two lighted tennis courts, rackets and balls in the garage. Tot lot and sand volleyball on our private property. Five acres of landscaped park setting overlooks the ocean. Nice for a picnic or relaxing on a bench with a glass of wine. Lucious landscaping is meticulously maintained.

Torrey Pines State Beach has restrooms, lots of sun and sand and surfers, hot dog/soda stand open in th summer. Walk 4 min. downhill to the beach or use the pre-paid Parking Pass for the beach and reserve. This pass is provided with rental. Many miles to hike along the ocean. Walk along the beach or the Coaster bluffs overlooking the ocean. Head north and you will walk to Jake's in Del Mar within 30 minutes! Our location is just 3 miles off of I-5, with access from Del Mar Heights road and/or Carmel Valley Road. Von's groceries within 4 mi. and many walking distance restaurants and a liquor/convenience store. Take out menus at condo!
