In winter this vacation accommodation is only a 15 minute drive to Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows ski area, 20 minutes from Northstar and only a few minutes drive from Tahoe City Cross Country which has fabulous dog friendly, Lakeview ski trails.

On the lower level you will find the entertainment room with pool table, big TV, and a queen futon, so this room will double as a fourth bedroom.  Also on this level is a bedroom and bathroom with a queen and a double bed.

Upstairs is a spacious and sunny living and dining room with big stone fireplace with wood provided (in winter).  A wrap around couch focuses on this cozy fireplace, a great place to relax after a big day skiing.  The living area has a wall of large windows letting in lots of sunlight.  The dining table seats 8 people and is nice and close to the kitchen.  You will find the kitchen well equipped and very conveniently located.  From the dining area you can go out to the lovely deck that wraps around a big pine tree.  The living room has a TV with DVD & VCR and a great stereo system. 

On this level you will find a second bedroom with a king bed, stereo system and a full bathroom  and the third bedroom has a King bed and a master bath with shower.

There is a single car garage that is accessed through the house and a parking pad at the top of the driveway.  The driveway is quite steep so we recommend that you back up in winter to give you easier access.
