Suzanne's Dollar Point Lakeview is a dog friendly North Lake Tahoe vacation home with unparalleled lake views. Literally a stone's throw from the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, Suzanne's offers sophisticated luxury, a hot tub, pool table, the ability to accommodate up to 14 guests and all the amenities of the Dollar Point Homeowner's Association, private beach and tennis just at the bottom of the property and pool and tennis courts at another location.
Located just a 5 minute drive to Tahoe City, in Dollar Point, or a short walk or ride along the bike path in warmer months, this lake front lodge is situated amongst all that Tahoe has to offer. The Dollar Point tennis courts are the only thing separating Lake Tahoe from the back yard of this great vacation rental. Boat ramps, private or public beach access, kayak and jet ski rentals, and pet friendly walking trails are a few of the many summer amenities easily accessible from this vacation rental. Also enjoy a private swimming pool and tennis courts, a large fenced in grassy lake front lawn, and a brand new hot tub on the private back deck.
A well equipped kitchen area opens up to a dining alcove with an exquisite hard wood table that seats 8 people and a second table that seats 4 people. This main living area has high ceilings and floor length windows looking out over Lake Tahoe, built in couches and a great stone open fireplace. A few steps up from the living area is a loft with two twin beds and a TV. Suzanne's is decorated with interesting and exotic artwork, none of which rivals the stunning lake views from most rooms of this vacation home.
Downstairs there is a second living room with another great open fireplace, a comfy couch, more of the same great views and a pool table.
Suzanne's Dollar Point Lakeview sleeps up to 14 people in its four bedrooms, a loft and small bedroom off the downstairs bedroom. On the main floor there is the master bedroom with a king bed, master bath, a stunning Lakeview and access to the deck and great new hot tub. There are two other bedrooms on this level one with a queen and the third with two singles perfect for children. At the lower level there is a another bedroom with a queen bed with a small bedroom off it that has 2 twin beds. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower on this level. Off the living area there is a loft with two twin beds and a TV.
This North Shore vacation rental is perfect not only for large groups, but dog lovers as well. A massive, grassy, fully fenced in back yard allows
a safe space for children or pets to enjoy the outdoors. On stormy days you can stay indoors and challenge each other to a pool tournament in the game room downstairs.
In the winter, Suzanne's is only 10-15 minutes from world class skiing at Squaw Valley, home of the 1960 Olympics, or Alpine Meadows Resort.
Tahoe City, with fine dining and great shopping along the lakeâÂÂs edge, is less than 5 minutes away by car. In the summer, the bike path is a great way to get into town, as well, and there are boat ramps within a few miles from this property.
