Dry Creek Valley Vacation Rentals

There is literally an acre of professional and natural landscaping that includes a carpet of grass, rose gardens, gazebo and meditation area, decks both at the home and at the creek, and flowers and shrubs throughout. Lots of chairs, lawn swing, hot tub, outdoor rain shower and deck complete the outdoor experience in a grove of towering redwoods. The inside of the main house is like a true redwood cabin, with lots of woods and wonderful windows to take in the backyard/creek views. The home accommodates 6 adults and 6 children. 

There is a bedroom with queen bed downstairs, and two guest bedrooms upstairs, one with full size bed and the other with 3 twin beds, one of which is a trundle. In addition there is a sleeper sofa upstairs and two sleeper sofas downstairs. There is a detached rec room off the outside area and gardens which offers satellite TV/DVD/VHS, sofa and library of books and movies and full bathroom, designed in a way that brings that property's interior to the outside. This room is also great for showering off from the creek (great swimming), rinsing off hands from grilling, or taking a break from the sun, without having to go into the main house. 

The many sounds of the country play in your ears, from the peacefulness of the breeze blowing through the treetops in the surrounding redwoods, the running water in Mill Creek (with wonderful swimming hole), and the many birds calling in the trees. As you look around the property you will not at first notice all the many separate and private areas the owner has created for you, from the Japanese Garden off the master bedroom, the meditation gazebo, several decks and sitting areas at the creek, a large brick bbq area, hammocks, umbrellas, tables, and games.
