Healdsburg Creekside Vineyard Estate lies just shy of 3 miles from Healdsburg town in the well known Dry Creek Valley wine growing region. This area produces some of the finest carbernets, chardonnays and merlots from wineries such as Rafanelli, Dry Creek Vineyards, Ferrari Carano and many more.
As our guests make the turn into the driveway, they will first notice a large vineyard, and as they get closer to the home a beautiful French Colonial home presents the gardens, roses, and fruit trees all set against Dry Creek and vineyards. A circular driveway makes for ez turnaround. Walk up several small steps to the front door, and enter the tiled foyer. amp;nbsp;
To the right is the formal living room with sofas, chairs, fireplace and a great gathering spot for casual conversation, evening cocktails, or meeting for your daily tours and outings. To the left is the great room, which opens to kitchen, dining and family area. There is a sofa and fireplace, dining table, and island kitchen. French doors open to the yard and pool area, and there is outdoor furniture to dine or have morning coffee, or just relax out of the pool.
Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with queen bed and large bathroom, and small library/ reading area. Downstairs there is a second sleeping area or office with air mattress.
Detached but just several steps from the main house are two guest bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with a day bed/trundle (two twins). Each share a well appointed bathroom. The main house and gueest bedrooms form an L shape at the property. Set in the L is the in ground pool and hot tub. The water is striking against the emerald green lawns, rose gardens, iris gardens, arbor and fruit trees. Also just beyond the pool is Dry Creek, where you can either sit an enjoy the sounds of the creek, or dip your feet in it is cool, soothing waters.
Walking distance is the Dry Creek Store, where you can get a picnic lunch and basic staple items, wine, beer, sodas, etc, and within 2 minutes are dozens of wineries waiting to be of service.
