Sonoma Foothills Wine Country Villa is a very unique and beautiful property which lies in the Sonoma and Santa Rosa foothills. The location gives quick access to Glen Ellen, Sonoma, Kenwood, Santa Rosa, all premium wine growing regions. The home is on 13 acres and backs to Crane Creek Regional Park, offering wide open spaces and views. The home is 4,000 square feet, and offers a very high end experience with quality outdoor and indoor presentation. The in ground pool is 60 feet long, and the extra large spa can easily accommodate 10 guests.

The main house, all one level, has a large master suite offers a king size bed with deck access to views and outdoor area, estate bathroom with walk in 2 person shower, sunken jacuzzi tub, 2 person sink/counter space, and walk in closet. There is also a large flat screen TV and sitting area, and of course views to the valley beyond. In addition there are three guest bedrooms, one with flat screen tv and each with a queen bed.

The formal dining room accommodates 8 guests and the informal dining area can accommodate another 4-6 guests. The living room has a fireplace, sofas and a third flat screen TV.

An inside laundry area has top of the line appliances, kitchen pantry gives our guest all the storage they need for groceries, wine, etc. The kitchen is a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, double oven, and large stainless refrigerator.

The outdoor area of thie home is out of Architectural Digest, with curtains an option for breezy days in the outdoor dining/lounging area, tanning bed as seen on the beaches off the Four Seasons Hotel in Maui, luxury outdoor lounges, chairs and tables, firepit, 60' long in ground pool and waterfall, 10 person in ground hot tub, luxury outdoor kitchen with bbq and rotisseries, refirgerator and icemaker. There is also an outdoor shower, and grassy area and swing set for children.

There is also a guest house which has a kitchenette, bedroom and living room, and their own patio off the pond area.

This property could be horse friendly for the right situation (approval by owner), and for our guests that like to take walks Crane Creek is right next door.

Sonoma Foothills Wine Country Villa is easy to get to from the Bay Area, right up the 101 freeway, exiting out of Cotati to the Foothill area.
