Wine Country Cottage in Healdsburg
The property owners have furnished it with a french country feel, with straw matting, tile counters and floors, lovely bedroom draperies, and bedding quilts and comforters.
As our guests walk into the front door (through a small gate) they enter the living room. This area has an oversize TV/DVD, armchair sofa, a second sleeper sofa and comfy chairs. There is a wood burning fireplace, and dining area enough for 6 guests.
To the left of the living room area are two bedrooms, each with queen bed and wonderfully comfortable mattresses and linens. Walking through the living room area our guests access the kitchen area with modern appliances and inside laundry area. Adjacent to the laundry area is the full bathroom, with pedestal sink and combo tub/shower.
The many wonderful amenities include walking/ bicycling to town (just a few minutes by car), large hot tub, and one acre of property with vineyard, and Alderbrook Winery across the road.
