Otter's View
Otter's View Home is located in the Sand Dollar Beach complex on Monterey Bay, 10 miles south of Santa Cruz off Hwy l. Otter's View is a beautiful four-story dramatic ocean view home with accommodations for 8 guests. Otter's View has just recently been remodeled with a completely new kitchen, redecorated living room, new fireplace, and new floors and freshly painted inside and out. The entrance floor (1st) consists of a two car garage, a sauna and shower. The 2nd floor has the master suite with full bath and deck access. A second bedroom has a queen sized bed with deck access and has a connecting full bath leading to a garden side bedroom that has two twin beds. The third floor is the common area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and the GREAT ROOM with gas fire place, game area, and a large sitting area with a 52 inch Flat screen HD TV.
Off the living room is a large deck with expansive ocean views stretching from the cliffs of Monterey to the high surf of Santa Cruz. There is an additional deck directly off the kitchen that has a large gas grill for cooking. The fourth floor consists of a loft offering an additional queen sized bed, library and bathroom.
