Downstairs has a fully equipped kitchen and sunken living room.These fanciful historic buildings originally built to hold large redwood water storage tanks are now some of Mendocino's most charming buildings. The Sweetwater and the Sears Towers are both still working water towers storing water for the spa and the inn respectively. The Redwood Tower has been converted to a lovely ocean and river viewing deck.
